How to create a folder with no name?

alt-255
Select rename option of a folder and enter the new name as
Alt + 255 (255 must be typed on the Numpad holding Alt key)
You can also do this for computer, recycle bin icons.

How to delete a folder with no name?
Open a Command Prompt window (cmd.exe) and navigate to the parent folder of the folder with no name.
At the prompt, type: rd “alt + 255” (255 must be typed on the Numpad holding Alt key)
The make sure the folder is empty before deleting it.
